Mario A Carregal gave a presentation on “Trust and Bankruptcy” at the Trust Programme organized by Universidad Austral in the City of Mar del Plata on November 11, 2005. He was also a member of the panel on “Banking credit and insolvency proceedings” at the Symposium on Banking Law organized by FELABAN (Federación Latinoamericana de Bancos) on November 30, 2005.
