On October 14, 2011, Professor Kees Van Raad from The Netherlands provided a conference for our law firm on the issue "Clarification of the meaning of "Beneficial Owner" in the OECD Model Tax Convention". Dr. Kees Van Raad is a professor of law on the University of Leiden, The Netherlands; President of the Centre on International Tax of Leiden; Member of the School of Law of the New York University; Invited Professor of the University of Peking (School of Law); President of the European Association of Professors on Tax Law, and Substitute Judge on the Tax Chamber of the Court of Appeals of The Netherlands. Gabriel Gotlib and Carla Gruskin acted as moderators.
