Ethics and Compliance

Marval O’Farrell & Mairal was co-organizer of the 3rd. Latin American Congress on Ethics, Transparency and Anticorruption Compliance held in Buenos Aires on July 10-11, 2014. Patricia López Aufranc gave a presentation on “Do’s & Don’ts in Corporate Compliance Programs” and also moderated the panel on “Judicial Experience in Corruption Cases”.

In September 2014 the second edition of the “Certification on Ethics and Compliance Program” will be held. The first edition was successfully held, with 40 participants and comments that exceeded expectations on the quality and depth of knowledge imparted.
