Sovereign Debt

Ricardo W. Beller participated in a panel that discussed the “NML Capital Ltd. v. Republic of Argentina” case in the Annual Conference of the International Insolvency Institute held in Naples, Italy on June 15-16, 2015. He also made a presentation on the “Argentina: of vultures and kings – the politics and economics of sovereign debt” panel of the Annual IBA Global Insolvency and Restructuring Conference in Mexico City from May 17 to 19, 2015.
