Silva, Jr. –as speaker and co-chair jointly with Jo Ann Brighton- gave a presentation on “Sovereign Debt: A New Wave of Restructuring?” at the International Bar Association Annual Conference, held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates on October 31, 2011. He also gave a presentation on “The Euro Debt Crisis: What are its implications for Law Firms?” at the regional meeting held on October 29, 2011.
