Sovereign Debt: Best Work Award

Agustina M. Ranieri’s paper “Default and after: Argentina, restructuring and holdouts from a law and economics perspective” was awarded the best work in the graduate category at the Competition in homage to Professor Eduardo Rafael Carrasco, organized by the Universidad de Buenos Aires School of Law. The competition was aimed at academic research papers related to sovereign debt matters for Argentina and other countries of the region; the jury was composed of Professors Eduardo Conesa, Miguel Ángel Espeche Gil and Isabel González Nieves.
