Working breakfast on Labor Law

Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal, along with Anthony Oncidi, organized a working breakfast on international labor issues, at which the following issues were discussed: The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Sarbanes Oxley Whistleblowing Laws, employee monitoring, non-competition agreements and antidiscrimination laws. The breakfast was held at our Buenos Aires office on November 20, 2007.
