Horacio García Prieto gave the initial outlines on the subject, Lucía Sahín (Loyens & Loeff – Rotterdam) spoke on automatic exchange of information between The Netherlands and Argentina, Victoria Alvarez LeMentec (Lighthouse, Paris) gave a French perspective on the subject, Fernando Vaquero offered his viewpoint on the relationship between the United States and Argentina on the matter, while Valeria D’Alessandro shared some insights into the situation of Argentine residents with bank accounts in Switzerland.
