Breakfast briefing

On Thursday February 28th Clive Vero and Gabriel Matarasso gave a presentation at a breakfast briefing on "Argentina - Latest Developments from a legal perspective" which was held at the Savoy Hotel in London. More than 70 persons attended the briefing. Topics covered included the past administration's last measures (public debt exchange and restrictions on cash withdrawal and international money transfer) and the current administration's new economic policies (end of convertibility, devaluation, pesification of foreign currency denominated debts, the Central Bank's new role and the amendments to the Bankruptcy Law).
