Through and jointly with the Real Estate Group of IAE-Universidad Austral, Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal organized the “Seminar on Tax Aspects of Real Estate” held at our Buenos Aires offices on March 16, 2010. The Seminar, which was attended by 60 participants from the real estate sector, was developed by Walter Keiniger (a partner with Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal) and Hugo N. Almoño and Ricardo D. Tavieres (both partners with PricewaterhouseCoopers and invited by IAE), who gave presentations on the tax aspects of the real estate development.
