María Laura Juárez participated in the seminar "The New Business Patrimonial Law", which was held at the School of Law and Social Sciences of the National University of Córdoba on August 17-19, 2002. The subject of her dissertation was "Undercapitalization - Liability - Loss of Corporate Capital".
