Maritime Law

On September 28, 2017, Alberto C. Cappagli spoke on “Maritime Law and the protection of the Marine Environment”, as part of the Sea Workshop held by the Lower House of Congress. Major public figures attended his presentation such as congressmen and their legal assistants, officers of the Ministry of Environment, members of the Argentine Navy, legal counselors of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, representatives of environmental NGOs, and scholars, among others. 

Alberto C. Cappagli was appointed by the University of Buenos Aires to the panel that will select professors of Navigation Law. He was also appointed to the panel that will evaluate a doctoral thesis on the “Impact of Air Navigation on Global Pollution”.
