Maritime Law

Alberto C. Cappagli chaired the River Plate Conference on Maritime Law that is sponsored bi-annually by the Argentine Maritime Law Association and the Uruguayan Maritime Law Association (both national associations with the Comité Maritime International). This year the conference was organized by the Argentine Association and it took place on May 14-15 at the University of Buenos Aires Law School. Alberto C. Cappagli gave a presentation on “The Relationship of the Argentine Maritime Law Association with the Comité Maritime International and with Argentine authorities”. Elías F. Bestani gave a presentation on the “Removal of Wrecks”, from an Argentine Law perspective.
