Alberto C. Cappagli moderated a panel entitled "Carriage of Goods Wholly or Partly by Sea - Twenty Issues: A Practical Approach", on the new UNCITRAL Convention on Contracts for the International Carriage of Goods Wholly or Partly by Sea (the Rotterdam Rules). The panel was held in Madrid, Spain, in the context of the "International Seminar on Maritime Law - Carriage of Passengers and Cargo", hosted by the Spanish branch of the Instituto Iberoameriano de Derecho de la Navegación, on June 9-10, 2011.
