Maritime Law

Alberto C Cappagli, Chairman of the Argentine Maritime Law Association (Argentine branch of the Comité Maritime International), chaired the Meetings on Marine Salvage sponsored by the Argentine Maritime Law Association. The Meetings took place at the Law and Social Sciences School of the University of Buenos Aires on September 5-6, 2006 and the participants discussed the convenience of recommending the Argentine Government to ratify the International Convention on Salvage (London, 1989). Alberto C Cappagli gave a presentation on the compatibility of the London Convention with the regime currently in force in Argentina.
