Alberto C Cappagli, as President of the Argentine Association of Maritime Law, gave a presentation on “Section 14 of the 1989 London Convention of Salvage” at the Jornadas Rioplatenses de Derecho Marítimo, organized by the Uruguayan Association of Maritime Law in Montevideo on May 31-June 1, 2007.
