Maritime Law

Alberto C Cappagli, as Chair of the Asociación Argentina de Derecho Marítimo, chaired the Debate organized by this Association referred to the 1976 London Convention on Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims held at the University of Buenos Aires Law School on November 22, 2007. He gave a presentation on Comparison between the Argentine Maritime Law and the 1976 London Convention.

Dr Cappagli also gave a presentation on "Fair treatment of seafarers in case of maritime accidents" at the International Congress of the Ibero-American Institute of Maritime Law, held in Seville (Spain), on November 15, 2007.
