María Amancay Caparrós gave a presentation on the laws that should have been passed by the Argentine Congress as a consequence of the 1994 Constitutional amendment at the Constitutional Law Congress organized by the Public Law I Department (Dr. Juan V. Sola) and the Argentine Constitutional Law Association, which was held at the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires on November 10-12, 2004.
