Miguel B O'Farrell participated in the direction of the International Trademark Association (INTA) "Round Table on ADR", which took place on October 11, 2005 at the American Club of Buenos Aires. Mediation as a method for dealing with trademark conflicts was analyzed and after watching a video on the subject attendees participated in mock mediation proceedings on trademark conflicts.
