Compliance - Anticorruption

Patricia López Aufranc spoke on “Implementation of Compliance Programs” in the Argentine Campus organized by the Paris Bar in Buenos Aires, on November 10, 2016. Patricia also was a speaker at the Annual Congress of the International Association of Lawyers held in Budapest, Hungary, on October 29-November 1, 2016 where she gave a presentation on “Compliance: Challenges & Opportunities for the Legal Profession”. She also spoke in the M&A Commission on Law Firm Mergers.
Claudia Paluszkiewicz participated in the meeting of the monitoring committee of the Inter-American Convention against Corruption (Comisión de Seguimiento del cumplimiento de la Convención Interamericana contra la Corrupción) on November 10, 2016.
Rodrigo Fermín García was a member of the panel on “Grand Corruption - A Crime Against Humanity - Strategies to Fund and Effect Substantial Recoveries of Value” at the “5th Fraud, Asset Tracing & Recovery Conference” held in Miami, USA, October 17-18, 2016.
