Juan P. Rothschild also was a member of the panel on “Current Issues Affecting Customs Compliance in the Americas: Strategies for Facilitating Customs Clearance While Minimizing Customs Duties, Taxes and Fees” at the “6th Annual US-Latin American Conference” organized by the Taxation Section of the American Bar Association, held in Miami, U.S.A, on June 12-14, 2013.

Several members of the Firm gave presentations at the Working Breakfast “Import Restrictions: One Year of Import Prior Sworn Statements” organized by Swiss-Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Intercámaras on June 4, 2013, at which Patricia Lopez Aufranc acted as moderator. Pablo Gayol gave a presentation on “Import Restrictions for Goods and Services”, Diego A. Chighizola on “FX Rules for Payments for Imports and Services”; and Juan P. Rothschild on “Judicial Claims Against Import Restrictions”.
