We Once Again Advised Nova Royalty Corp. in the Acquisition of Royalty Interests in the Taca Taca Project

Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised Nova Royalty Corp. in the acquisition of a combined, existing 0.18% net smelter returns royalty in the Taca Taca copper-gold-molybdenum project in Salta, Argentina. The company had previously acquired a 0.24% royalty interest in November 2020, so the completion of this new transaction increases its interest to 0.42%.
