In this transaction, Marval O’Farrell Marial advised Insight Partners and Tiger Global Management, through a team led by our partner Hernan Slemenson and associates Osvaldo Norte Sabino, Carolina Fiuza, Luis Basavilbaso and Eleonora Hayzus.

The Series E funding round, led by Insight Partners and Tiger Global Management, also featured investment companies such as Alkeon, Owl Rock Capital, Accel, Kaszek, Qualcomm Ventures and ThornTree Capital.
