We advised in the extension of the duration of Global Program Unicred Asset Backed Securities

Marval O’Farrel Mairal advised in the extension of the duration of Global Program Unicred Asset Backed Securities for the issuance of trust securities and/or certificates of participation.

Cooperativa de Crédito y Vivienda Unicred Ltda, acting as administrator and settlor, and TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. acting as trustee, extended the duration of the global program, for a maximum outstanding amount from time to time of up to USD 38,000,000 or its equivalent in other currencies for the issuance of trust securities and/or certificates of participation.

On June 10, 2021, the program was extended by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission for an additional five-year period through a board resolution.

Marval, O’Farrell Mairal acted as sole legal advisor of the transaction through a team consisting of partner Roberto E. Silva, Jr., along with associates Martín I. Lanús and Cecilia V. Ramos.
