We advised on the creation of the “ELEBAR” Program and the issuance of the “Elebar I” financial trust

Marval O’Farrell Mairal participated as a legal advisor on the creation of the “ELEBAR” Program and the issuance of fiduciary securities corresponding to the “Elebar I” Financial Trust, issued under the “ELEBAR” Program, for a total amount of ARS $288,007,000.

The issuance was made on March 18, 2022. It included Trust Debt Class A Securities for a total amount of ARS $248,006,000 and Trust Debt Class B Securities for a total amount of ARS $40,001,000.

The transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission on March 10, 2022, and is listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A.

The Trust Debt Class A Securities and Trust Debt Class B Securities have been qualified by FIX SCR S.A. Risk Rating Agent as A1+sf(arg) and BBBsf(arg), respectively.

Santa Mónica S.A. acted as Settlor, Administrator and Collection Agent. Banco de Valores S.A. acted as trustee, arranger and underwriter and Provincia Bursátil S.A., First Capital Markets S.A. and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A. acted as underwriters.
