We Advised in the Creation of the Los Grobo Agro Global Program

Los Grobo Agropecuaria S.A., acting as administrator and settlor, and TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. acting as trustee, constituted the Los Grobo Agro Global Program for Fiduciary Debt, for a maximum outstanding amount from time to time of up to USD 80,000,000 or its equivalent in other currencies for the issuance of trust securities and/or certificates of participation.

The creation of the program was authorized by the Argentine Securities and Exchange on July 16, 2021.

Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as sole legal advisor of the transaction through a team consisting of partner Roberto E. Silva, Jr., and associates Martín I. Lanús and Cecilia V. Ramos. In addition, Jorge Sodano, Felipe Couyoumdjian and Melina Lozano from TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. participated; as well as Gonzalo Ricci and Ileana Franquez from Los Grobo Agropecuaria S.A.
