We advised in the constitution of the Open-End Mutual Fund “FONDO COMUN DE INVERSION ABIERTO VETA PYME FEDERAL”

Marval O’Farrell Mairal has recently participated in the constitution of the Open-End Mutual Fund FONDO COMUN DE INVERSION ABIERTO VETA PYME FEDERAL (the “Mutual Fund”), created under the special regime for the constitution of Open-End Mutual Funds that invest in Small and Medium Enterprises, in which Zofingen Investment S.A. is the Mutual Fund Manager and Banco Comafi S.A. is the Mutual Fund Custodian.

The Mutual Fund was approved by the Argentine Securities Commission on August 19, 2021, and its special purpose is the investment in certain financial instruments in connection with Small and Medium Enterprises.
