We advised Financial Trust “Unicred Factoring XV”

Cooperativa de Crédito y Vivienda Unicred Ltda., acting as Administrator and Settlor and TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A., as Trustee, securitized invoices, through the creation of Unicred Factoring XV Financial Trust under the Global Program “Unicred Asset Backed Securities” and the issuance of securities for a total amount of Ar$ 513,208,251. The issuance took place on April 1st, 2022, including Debt Securities Class A for Ar$ 423,396,807, Debt Securities Class B for Ar$ 26,943,433 and Certificates of Participation for Ar$ 62,868,011. AdCap Securities Argentina S.A. acted as arranger and underwriter and Banco Supervielle S.A., Industrial Valores S.A. and Allaria Ledesma & Cía. S.A. acted as underwriters.

The transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission and is listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
