Marval O’Farrell Mairal advises Financial Trust “Unicred Cheques VIII”

Cooperativa de Crédito y Vivienda Unicred Ltda., acting as Administrator and Settlor and TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A., as Trustee, securitized invoices, through the creation of Unicred Cheques VIII Financial Trust under the Global Program “Unicred Asset Backed Securities” and the issuance of securities for a total amount of ARS 183,000,000. The issuance took place on July 16, 2020, and included Debt Securities Class A for ARS 153,000,000, Debt Securities Class B for ARS 7,500,000 and Certificates of Participation for ARS 22,500,000. AdCap Securities Argentina S.A. and Banco Supervielle S.A. acted as arrangers and underwriters.

The securities were authorized for public offering by the National Securities Commission and are listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
