We advised in the issuance of the “Elebar Card XXIX” Financial Trust

Marval O’Farrell Mairal participated as legal advisor in the issuance of fiduciary securities corresponding to the “Elebar Card XXIX” Financial Trust, issued under the “Cohen” Program, for a total amount of ARS $ 311,341,068.

The issuance was made on August 19, 2021 and included Trust Debt Class A Securities for a total amount of ARS $ 213,097,096, Trust Debt Class B Securities for a total amount of ARS $ 13,090,829, and Certificates of Participation for a total amount of ARS $ 85,153,143.

Santa Mónica S.A. acted as Settlor, Administrator and Collection Agent, and Cohen S.A. as Trustee, Arranger and Underwriter. Provincia Bursátil S.A. and First Capital Markets S.A. acted as sub-underwriters.

The transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission on August 10, 2021, and is listed in Mercado Abierto Electronico S.A. and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A.

The Trust Debt Class A Securities, Trust Debt Class B Securities and the Certificates of Participation have been qualified by FIX SCR S.A. Risk Rating Agent as A1+sf(arg), AA-sf(arg), and CCsf(arg), respectively.
