We advised in the Creation of CCF Créditos 26 Financial Trust under the Cordial Compañía Financiera Global Program

Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised in the issuance of securities of the CCF Créditos 26 financial trust for a total amount of ARS $ 1,000,000,000. The transaction took place on March 31, 2022, including debt securities for ARS 830,000,000 and certificates of participation for ARS 170,000,000.

IUDU Compañía Financiera S.A. acted as settlor, administrator, and payment agent; Banco Supervielle S.A. as arranger and underwriter; TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. as trustee and issuer; and Banco Comafi S.A., Banco de Galicia and Buenos Aires S.A.U., Industrial Valores S.A. and Banco Patagonia S.A. as underwriters.

The transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission and is listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
