We advised on the creation of CCF Créditos 25 Financial Trust

We advised on the issuance of securities of the “CCF Créditos 25” financial trust for a total amount of AR$ 703,600,000. The securities were issued on October 1, 2021, including debt securities for AR$ 583,988,000 and certificates of participation for AR$ 119,612,000. 

IUDU Compañía Financiera S.A. acted as settlor, administrator, and payment agent; Banco Supervielle S.A. as arranger and placement agent; TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. as trustee and issuer; and Banco Comafi S.A., Banco de Galicia and Buenos Aires S.A.U., Industrial Valores S.A. and Banco Patagonia S.A. as placement agents. 

The transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities Commission. The securities will be listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
