We Advised in the Creation of CCF Créditos 24 Financial Trust

Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised in the issuance of securities of the CCF Créditos 24 financial trust for a total amount of ARS $ 699,000,000. The transaction took place on May 31, 2021, under the Cordial Compañía Financiera Global Program, including debt securities for ARS 559,000,000 and certificates of participation for ARS 139,000,000.

Cordial Compañía Financiera S.A. (in the process of changing its name to IUDU Compañía Financiera S.A.) acted as settlor, administrator, and payment agent; Banco Supervielle S.A. as arranger and underwriter; TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. as trustee and issuer; and Banco Comafi S.A., SBS Trading S.A., Banco de Galicia, and Buenos Aires S.A.U., as underwriters.

The transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission and is listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
