We Advised in the Creation of CCF Créditos 23 Financial Trust

Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised in the issuance of securities of CCF Créditos 23 financial trust for a total amount of ARS $ 920,000,000. The transaction took place on March 2, 2021, under the Fideicomisos Financieros Cordial Compañía Financiera Program, including debt securities for ARS 736,000,000 and certificates of participation for ARS 184,000,000.

Cordial Compañía Financiera S.A. (in the process of changing its name to IUDU Compañía Financiera S.A.) acted as settlor, administrator and payment agent; Banco Supervielle S.A. as arranger and underwriter; TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. as trustee and issuer; and SBS Trading S.A., Banco de Galicia and Buenos Aires S.A.U., as underwriters.

The transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission and is listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
