We Advised in the Issuance of the “Ames XVIII” Financial Trust

Marval O’Farrel Mairal participated as legal advisor in the issuance of fiduciary securities corresponding to the “Ames XVIII” Financial Trust, issued under the “Ames” Program, for a total amount of ARS $ 113,789,366.

The issuance was made on May 21, 2021 and included Trust Debt Class A Securities for a total amount of ARS $ 69,809,776, Trust Debt Class B Securities for a total amount of ARS $ 3,004,039, and Certificates of Participation for a total amount of ARS $ 40,975,551. Asociación Mutual de la Economía Solidaria acted as Settlor, and Information Agent, TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. as Trustee, and Banco Mariva S.A. as Arranger and Underwriter.

The transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission on May 12, 2021, and is listed in Mercado Abierto Electronico S.A. and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A.

The Trust Debt Class A Securities, Trust Debt Class B Securities and the Certificates of Participation have been qualified by Moody’s Local AR Agente de Calificación de Riesgo S.A. as AAA.ar(sf), A+.ar(sf), CC.ar(sf), and respectively.
