Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised Walmart Inc. in the sale of Walmart Argentina’s business to Grupo de Narvaez. The transaction entailed the sale of 100% of Walmart Argentina’s equity interest together with its entire operation in the country, including 31 supercenters, 52 Changomas stores and 8 MiChangomas stores distributed throughout the country and over 9,500 employees.
