Marval O’Farrell Mairal Advised BSF in Extending the Term of its Global Program for Issuance of Negotiable Obligations

Banco de Servicios Financieros S.A. (“BSF”) -the issuer of the Carrefour Card for consumer financing of the Carrefour Group supermarket chain in Argentina- obtained approval for the extension of the term of its Global Program for the Issuance of Non-Convertible Negotiable Obligations for a Nominal Value of up to USD 250,000,000 or its equivalent in other currencies (the “Program”).

The extension of the Program’s term for another 5 years was approved by the Public Issuers Department of the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission on June 16, 2020, and the conditions were lifted on June 25, 2020.
