We advised Banco de Valores S. A. in its admission to the public offering regime and the listing of its shares
Banco de Valores S. A., whose founding objective is to contribute to the development of the capital market, recently entered the public offering regime.
Marval O'Farrell Mairal has participated in entering the public offering regime for all the outstanding shares in which the entity's capital is represented, for a nominal value of ARS 813,829,503.
On May 3, 2021, the Argentine Securities Commission authorized the public offering of these shares that were already outstanding. Similarly, once the process of obtaining the corresponding authorization is completed, the shares will be traded and listed on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (BYMA).
Over the years, Banco de Valores consolidated itself in the specialized banking segment and became the financial entity most identified with the capital market in Argentina. It has always kept its two business policy pillars intact, i.e., generating services of excellence for the capital market and maintaining enough liquidity and solvency to always guarantee the necessary funds for the normal operation of the market.
The admission of Banco de Valores to the public offering regime represents an important milestone in its history and in that of the Argentine capital markets.
