Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised American Tower Corporation in the acquisition of Telefónica’s tower division in Europe and Latin America for 7.7 billion euros. The agreement establishes the sale of approximately 30,000 communication sites in Germany, Spain, Brazil, Chile, Peru, and Argentina.
