Arbitration and conflict of interest

Fernando Aguilar was a member of the panel organized by the arbitration group at the International Bar Association (IBA) annual meeting held in Chicago on September 20, 2006; this panel analyzed the “IBA Guidelines on Conflict of Interest in International Arbitration” and their application in different regions.
