Fernando Aguilar was a member of the panel on “Overview of and update on recent developments and trends in international ADR in Latin America” at the International Commercial Arbitration and Mediation Conference organized by The International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) in Washington, U.S.A., on November 15, 2006.

Final Awards" at the panel addressed to young arbitrators of the 4th Annual Conference on International Commercial Arbitration in Latin America sponsored by the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in Miami, U.S.A., on November 5, 2006.
