With the support of Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal and other institutions the Third Annual ITA Americas Workshop (Institute for Transnational Arbitration - Instituto de Arbitraje Transnacional, in Spanish) was held in Buenos Aires from March 14 through March 16, 2007. The Americas Workshop was conceived for gathering public authorities and arbitration professionals of the Americas with people especially interested in the region. At the Forum on Current Issues in International Commercial Arbitration Fernando Aguilar was moderator in the panel on Judicial Control over Arbitration.
