Arbitration

Fernando Aguilar gave a presentation on “International arbitration in Latin America” at the IV Latin America Seminar organized by Uría & Menéndez on December 14, 2004 in Madrid.

Mr. Aguilar also gave a presentation on ”Judges and arbitration” at the opening ceremony of the new Centro de Mediación y Arbitraje Comercial of the Argentine Chamber of Commerce, held on November 30, 2004.
