Arbitration

María Laura Velazco gave a presentation on “Applicable law in international arbitration and related vocabulary” at the IV Round of the International Relations Committee hosted by the Association of Certified Translators of the City of Buenos Aires on September 24, 2011.

Ricardo Ostrower, Santiago Soria, Ignacio Minorini Lima and María Laura Velazco were arbitrators at the International Commercial Arbitration Competition organized by the Law Schools of Universidad de Buenos Aires and Universidad del Rosario (Bogota, Colombia), aimed to promote international commercial arbitration as a dispute resolution method of international business disputes. The final was held on September 19, 2011.

Ignacio Minorini Lima gave a presentation on “Usual practices of evidence in international arbitration” at the meeting organized by the ICC Young Arbitration Forum, ICDR Y&I e ICCA Young, which took place at the University of Buenos Aires Law School on September 15, 2011.
