Arbitration

On November 4, 2010, María Laura Velazco gave a presentation on recourses for setting aside partial awards related to jurisdictional issues and on enforcement of such partial awards at the “I Convención Internacional de Arbitraje. Encuentro de los Capítulos Internacionales del Club Español del Arbitraje” in Lima, Peru, organized by the Club Español del Arbitraje, the Peruvian Chapter of the Club Español del Arbitraje and the Instituto Peruano de Arbitraje.

María Laura Velazco and Alberto Molinario took part in a special edition on arbitration of the TV program “Dialogando”, hosted by journalist Ricardo Dealecsandris, which was aired on November 27, 2010 on Cablevisión, Channel 79, on November 27, 2010.
