Anti-corruption Compliance

Claudia Paluszkiewicz gave a presentation on “Trends and Challenges in Compliance and Anti-corruption” with focus on M&A, internal investigations and crisis management, at the meeting organized by Celula de Departamentos Juridicos do GEAL in CRA-SP Conselho Regional de Administração de São Paulo, in the City of Sao Paulo, on May 10, 2017.

Gustavo L. Morales Oliver was a speaker in a panel on the bill on Corporate Criminal Liability, together with Laura Alonso –head of the Anti-corruption Office- and Fernando Bash –University of San Andres- at the forum on Corporate Responsibility organized by LIDE (Group of Business Leaders) on May 3, 2017 in Buenos Aires.

Gustavo L. Morales Oliver was a speaker, together with Leon C. G. Liu from McDermott Will and Emery China and George McEachern from the FBI, in a panel on “Hurdles in cross-border investigations” at the 2nd Annual Global Anti-corruption and Compliance Summit organized by ACI in Amsterdam, on April 6, 2017.
