Supreme Court of Justice of the Province of Mendoza, 05/26/2011, “Vector Argentina S.A. vs. Government of the Province of Mendoza in re inconstitutionality action” (File. N° 90.605)

In this case the claimant requested a declaration of inconstitutionality of Law 7722 of the Province of Mendoza (which prohibits the use of cyanide in mining exploitation). The claimant was defeated as the expiration of the proceedings was declared. By request of the attorneys of the winning party, the Court fixed their fees to the sum of AR$28,000.
