“Salta gives a wink at mining”, published in “La Nación” (City of Buenos Aires) on 05/08/2011

A report by Metals Economics Group indicates that mining exports, which during 2010 reached a value of US$ 60 million, will multiply by ten by 2015. Direct and indirect employment will go from 11,000 to 17,000 and investments will reach US$ 500 million in an area of 3.2 million hectares granted for exploration sites, mines and quarries.
