Resolution 12/2012, enacted by the Mining Secretariat on 05/14/2012 (published on the Official Gazette on 05/28/2012)

It established that those companies that benefit from the regime set forth by Law No. 24196 and hire sea, river, land or air freight operations for their mineral exports, must hire Argentine companies.
