Registry of EmployersResolution No 2497/2011

In order to establish a Registry of Employers Online (the "Registry"), the Government of the City of Buenos Aires issued Decree No. 625/2009 -published in the Official Gazette of the City of Buenos Aires on July 15, 2009.  In this Registry, all employers with legal domicile or establishment at the City of Buenos Aires must enter all the information requested by the Registry between January 1 and March 31 each year.

As regards fiscal year 2011, by Resolution No. 2497/2011 -duly published in the Official Gazette of the City of Buenos Aires on March 14, 2012-, the Labor Undersecretary of the City of Buenos Aires established that the information requested by the Registry for the fiscal year 2011, must be uploaded between March 1 and May 31, 2012.
